Darla was amazing. The first time I spoke with Darla about relocating to the Louisville from the Indy area was late January 2025. By the first week in May we were moving into our wonderful townhome in Louisville, all thanks to Darla. I knew next to nothing about the area other than I wanted to be closer to our daughter and her family. Darla was able to find us the perfect home very close by and negotiated a great deal for us when there were very few houses for sale in the area. She was a great communicator and her knowledge of the area was impressive. She also referred us to a lender who was also wonderful to work with. The transition from IN to KY was much easier than I could have hoped for. If we were to ever even think about buying another home I would not hesitate to work with Darla again. She helped with the process from beginning to end. I feel we not only found a realtor but a friend as well.

She is seriously the absolute best! She is well organized, efficient, knows the right questions to ask and is not afraid to ask them. She is patient and puts no pressure on you to buy. She has every resource you could need to get you through the process. She had access to attorneys, foundation specialists, plumbers, etc. She will respond to you anytime of the day. Never one single unanswered question. She will get you to the closing table and you will enjoy the process. She's also just such a great person and cute as a button!

Bar none, no one I've ever hired for any kind of job has worked harder, been nicer, been more responsive, been wiser, or been more knowledgable! EXCELLENT REALTOR!!! A treasure. Examples: in our selling process, which has been a challenge because people have been breaking into the empty house and taking showers and making little messes, Darla hired someone to fix the things they had broken, and also to fix a leak that sprang out of nowhere. She also offered to use her own Triple A account to have a nonfunctioning car we left in front of the house towed 80 miles to a repair shop in our own city. She and her son cleaned messes in the house. And more. (Please call Darla, but don't ask her to work as hard for you as she has worked for us!) 

Darla is an amazing agent. She never tries to "sell you" on a property, but genuinely works for you. She was completely honest with us when she thought a couple of houses were lemons, and her instincts were right. Her negotiating tactics were spot-on; her gut for price and condition are attuned. She is well-connected with mortgage brokers, inspectors, repairmen, etc. and can get people in quickly. Darla has been our agent for years, showing us properties as we request, and keeping an ear to the ground for us whenever anything fitting our profile is about to come up. She is stellar; works circles around any other agent I have met. 

Darlas communication and negotiation skills are really excellent, i got the price exactly at the price i wanted and it wad a breeze to get through the proccess and if i had any concerns she was always very responsive. Would definitely recommend her if you want an effortless experience!
